Shipping & Delivery

I use Royal Mail to ensure your Twisted by the Sea keepsakes are handled with care. Please note that shipping times apply after my current production turnaround.

 

UK Delivery Options

  • Standard: Royal Mail 2nd Class
  • Tracked: Royal Mail Tracked 48hr or Tracked 24hr

Orders are generally delivered within the Royal Mail timeframe after dispatch. However, please allow at least 10 working days before reporting a parcel as missing or lost, as per postal guidelines.

 

International Orders

Currently, this website only accepts orders for delivery within the UK. For my international customers, please visit my Etsy Shop, where I am happy to ship my handmade creations to select countries.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

During busier periods (such as public holidays or seasonal peaks), delivery may take longer. These timeframes apply to the postal service only and do not include my production times.

Please check my current turnaround times on the homepage prior to ordering. If you require an item for a specific date, please contact me in advance to check my studio availability.
