Returns & Refunds
I want you to be completely delighted with your Twisted by the Sea purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, please see my policy below.
Returns
I offer a 30-day return window. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, and the item must be sent back to me within 30 days of the original delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with any original tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. I recommend using a tracked service, as I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
Non-Returnable Items
While I accept returns on most items, the following are exempt:
- Personalised Orders: Any items featuring specific names, unique dates, or bespoke color requests that are unique to your order and cannot be resold.
- Sale Items & Gift Cards.
Standard designs and "Born in 2026" items that are not further personalised remain eligible for return within the 30-day window, provided they are in original, resaleable condition.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact me immediately at hello@twistedbythesea.co.uk so I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once I have received and inspected your return, I will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
