  • How long does it take to make and despatch an order

    Made-To-Order items processing times are approx. as follows:

    Booties & Hats: 5-7 Days

    Hat & Bootie Sets: 5-7 Days

    Cardigans and larger orders: 2-3 weeks

  • I require my order quickly

    Should your order be urgent, it would be helpful if you contact me before ordering to ensure I have availability to fulfil this. There is also the option for Tracked 24hr postage at the checkout.

    Care instructions are included in all orders. The instructions are on the back of my business cards to reduce waste.

  • What yarn do you use

    All of my made-to-order items are made with Stylecraft Special DK.

    I love this yarn, it is very soft making it perfect for little ones and it is now made in the UK

  • Do you sell crochet patterns

    Yes I do have some patterns available to purchase click here

  • Can I cancel my order

    Yes, you may cancel your order within 3 hours of ordering. You just need to send me an e-mail requesting to cancel and I will refund the order.

  • Do you ship outside the UK

    Currently I only ship in the UK via the website - International orders can be placed via my Etsy shop

  • Can I return or exchange my order?

    You are welcome to return an order if you have changed your mind, providing your item is not personalised.

    Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order and return the order to me within 30 days.

    The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage.

  • What if my order arrives damaged?

    In the event of a damaged order, kindly reach out to me and provide photos of the item, as it may be necessary to initiate a claim with Royal Mail.

    I will then organise a replacement to be created.

  • What if my order hasn't arrived?

    Royal Mail do provide estimated delivery times for their postal services, however, these are not guaranteed.

    UK services are not considered lost until after 10 working days after they have been posted.

    International orders are not considered lost until 28 working days after they have been posted.

  • Is express shipping available

    For all orders the following options are available at the checkout

    Large Letter - 2nd class, 48hr & 24hr Tracked

    Small Parcel - 48hr & 24hr Tracked

    International orders - a flat rate for tracked postage
