We exclusively use Stylecraft Special DK, a premium yarn from a trusted UK company. Chosen for its incredible softness against delicate newborn skin, this 100% acrylic yarn is naturally anti-pilling. It’s not only cosy but also practical for busy parents, ensuring your handmade keepsakes stay beautiful wash after wash.

How soon will my order be posted?

We offer different lead times depending on the level of craftsmanship required:

• ​Ready to Ship: Dispatched within 1–2 working days.
• ​Pregnancy Reveal Boxes: Hand-finished and dispatched within 2–3 working days.
• ​Made-to-Order Accessories: Hats and booties are currently 4–7 working days.
• ​Hand-Crocheted Cardigans: Please allow 2–3 weeks for these larger, intricate pieces.

​Postage Options:

You can choose Standard 2nd Class or Royal Mail Tracked at checkout. You will receive a notification the moment your seaside treasure is on its way.

How will my order arrive?

Every order is treated with care. Your items are first wrapped in delicate tissue paper and placed in a presentation box along with full care instructions. To be as kind to the environment as possible, we use recyclable mailing bags for postage wherever we can.

​Sending as a gift?

While every order arrives beautifully presented, we also offer a Premium Gift Wrapping service at checkout if you would like that extra-special finishing touch.

Urgent & Last-Minute Orders

If you have a fast-approaching 'Big Reveal' or a last-minute baby shower, please check our 'Ready to Ship' section for items that can be dispatched within 1–2 working days.

​For made-to-order items, please contact us before ordering and we will always do our very best to accommodate your date if our production schedule allows.

Do you ship outside the UK?

On this website, we currently only offer delivery within the United Kingdom.

​However, for our US customers, you can find a selection of our handmade items in our British Craft House shop. They are set up to handle international shipping securely for you. View my shop here if you would like to browse our collections.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. We accept returns on standard, non-personalised items within 30 days of delivery; please contact us within 14 days to notify us of your return.
